Arc develops protected substrates, systems, and methods. Selected partners may work with Arc through licensing, co-development, or domain-specific deployment — the bridge between Arc's protected technology and a partner's market.
THE FORMS
Three ways to work with what Arc has built.
Licence
bounded useUse what Arc has built under bounded terms — exclusive or non-exclusive, often domain-specific. Patent and technology licensing, OEM or white-label.
Co-develop
joint buildBuild a domain-specific deployment together, on Arc's substrate — the domain expertise is yours, the foundational technology is Arc's, and the system is built once and run in your market.
Spin-out & venture
equityWhere a matured option is ready to become a company of its own, Arc may incubate or partner on the venture and hold a stake — building it together, not handing it over. → The portfolio
WHAT CAN BE LICENSED
The substrate beneath the products.
What a partner works with is the protected substrate beneath Arc's product lines — the same foundational technology Arc builds on, carried into a domain.
- Document intelligence — the CDU substrate
- Agent evaluation — Lancet-style diagnostics
- Governed agentic software engineering
- Human-motion & assessment intelligence
- Domain-specific intelligence systems Arc has built
Want your own domain knowledge, research, or data turned into an intelligence system? That is not a licence — it is forward-deployed engineering, where Arc builds it with you.
HOW IT WORKS
The asset moves; the source stays Arc's.
A partner gains a bounded right to use what Arc has built — exclusive or non-exclusive, often domain-specific — while Arc retains the background IP and the methods behind it. The work can take the form of a straight licence, joint co-development, or a commercial deployment into the partner's domain.
The protected substrate behind these arrangements is held and filed; what it covers is shown, in public, on Patents. ArcSoft Pty Ltd signs and holds every agreement.
ENQUIRE
Bring the partnership.
Write to us with what you would licence or build together, and the domain it serves. Arrangements are selective and alignment-led.
